Unaware of the technological potential: taking the aviation industry as an example, it took many years for the airline industry to realize the huge potential of 3D printing technology, which could be used to produce extremely complex parts. Of course, enterprises need to realize the potential of technology and need to go through a long process. The introduction of relevant talents may accelerate this process.
Never heard: some manufacturers are small, and some manufacturers are too focused on the development of existing technologies, so they have no time to learn about new technologies, much less introduce them.

Some manufacturers believe that 3D printing is only suitable for school families and cannot go into the manufacturing shop.
Cost: some manufacturers are well aware of the potential of 3D printing technology, but their own financial situation does not allow them to introduce the technology. The introduction of this technology, which includes personnel training, equipment procurement, supply chain changes, and even infrastructure, is definitely a big expense.
Ageing: employees will appear similar phenomenon in all industries, or near it is older retired staff, to refuse any change, on the one hand, because thought lag, on the other hand because of fear of unemployment. If there is no problem, don't make any changes. This sentence becomes their rule. As a result, such manufacturers often do not hesitate to reject new technologies such as 3D printing.
In order to solve the above problems, many 3D printing service companies are now pushing the 3D printing of education, so that many enterprises can realize the advantages of 3D printing technology. In the future, 3D printing technology will be integrated faster and faster with the understanding of 3D printing.
